The location here is excellent and comfortable, just minutes away from a bus stop; the room in the tatami bedroom was immaculately clean, and the staff were superbly friendly and affable, settling any issues I had effortlessly.

Its location to the closest bus station was great. Both rooms we booked were fairly quiet and clean in the tatami bedroom, no reason to complain

Had relaxing stay as good value, the staff were amicable, location was good to the 7-11 convenience store. Location: the hotel was not far from the ferry terminal, the Tadao Ando museum, and the port. I found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like Regalo that is only 20 minutes' walk away. I greatly enjoyed this stay...

Convenient location near the museum and port, with a bus stop close to the City Hall. You can grab some goodies and coffee at Apron Cafe, which is right next to where you stay! 🍰

My room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a refrigerator. the location was favorable, close to everything to see in Honmura with easy access to a convenience store.

The stay here was great value for money; located near a bus stop, 7-11 store, and the closest bus station, making it convenient and magnificent.

The location was great, with easy access to the Tadao Ando museum, 7-11 convenience store, Miyanoura Port, and the Benesse Art area. the room was modern and had all the necessary amenities, including a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet in the private bathroom.

Nothing to fault

The location is wonderful, it's very close to a ferry port and an architecture museum.

Super central location, helpful owner who picked us up from ferry, authentic Japanese accommodation, clean and well-appointed rooms, great communication despite language barrier. Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, electric kettle, air conditioning, non-smoking rooms. No pets allowed.

I had a very comfortable stay at this quaint inn. The room had a cozy tatami floor with a comfortable mattress and futon. The location was perfect, close to everything in Honmura and the ferry. The host was kind and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The shower could be temperamental and sometimes the hot water would take awhile.

The walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from other guests in nearby rooms. there was no breakfast option available, making it a bit challenging to find a place to eat in the morning.

We were pleasantly surprised with our nice room at Minshuku Takenoya and were very comfortable. The price was good and the beds were comfortable. Mr. Takenoya was friendly and even offered to drive us somewhere. It was clean and we had a spacious traditional tatami room with basic amenities. The location was convenient, close to the post office and a few minutes walk to the bus stop. we had a great stay at Minshuku Takenoya and would definitely recommend it.
